Body Fitness NYC offers various personal training programs to meet your specific fitness requirements. Conveniently located in Midtown at Lift Gym, we are highly-trained and certified to help our clients reach their personal health and fitness goals. We offer different degrees of personal training including: novice, intermediate, and advance/competitive training.

Novice Training
Novice Personal Training is recommended for individuals who are completely new to weight training and working out. Our program is designed to teach you the fundamentals of proper exercise and technique. sessions cover workout etiquette, proper machine/dumbell/cardio usuage, and stretching . Nutritional guidance is also included.

Intermediate Training
Intermediate Training is available for individuals with specific objectives in mind such as weight loss, toning, cardio conditioning, etc. Workouts are more specialized and include circuit training,super setting, core work, stability and flexibility training.

Body fitness will design a specific program that is tailored to your individual needs. Nutritional guidance is also included.

Advanced/Competitive Training
Advanced training workouts are designed for individuals who are at the peak of their fitness careers. Body fitness will match you with an elite trainer knowledgeable in sport-specific training, athletic conditioning, and post rehabilitation work. We recommend individuals have at least 5 years of intense weight lifting experience before trying this particular training.
