Meet Tasha

Tasha Ingram graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Adminstraion and a minor in Dance Education.

She began her competitive career as a student of the prestigious North Carolina School of the Arts where she studied both modern and ballet dance. After spending consecutive summers at NCSA, she received a scholarship and enrolled as a student-athlete. Tasha was an active member of UNC-Greensboro's dance department where she participated in many graduate thesis projects.

As a dance leader, Tasha learned the importance of keeping ones body conditioned. She also realized how strength and resistance training affects your performance on and off the dance floor. As her training became more intense, she learned many techniques from some of the best strength and fitness experts in the field. Soon after she began to focus her direction towards personal training, helping clients at Gold's Gym achieve there goals. At Gold's, she worked with over 75 clients ranging from novice to advanced fitness levels.

Tasha is intrinsically dedicated and committed to improving the overall health of all of her clients. She believes that in order to be sucessful with ones workout goals, it is essential to combine these four fitness elements: resistence training, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and stretching.
